Very nice and honest people in the office and at the site. Hard workers. They have a lot of trouble accurately estimating the time it will take to do things and when they will arrive, though. It is clearly unintentional. But play it safe and expect it to take longer than they say.

I am extremely pleased with the outcome with the project. For such a large project there was very little disturbance. The clean up was super and we would highly recommend to others.

I highly recommend Beyond’s service. Beyond gave us an estimate and stuck to the plan. They showed up on time, finished on time, and the work was less disruptive of my schedule than I feared (I work from home, and they needed to do jack hammering).
We had a drainage channel installed, along with a new sump pump and battery backup.

Beyond waterproofing came out to assess a leak at my father’s house. They were able to detect the exact pinpoint of where the water was coming in and they gave us a very fair cost to make the repair. Although it was a smaller job them what they normally perform they could see we were in a bind to get our house sold and they wanted to make sure to get it fixed correctly for the new owners. We were very grateful and pleased with the work that they did.

We hired Beyond to deal with drain issue at the bottom of our outdoor basement steps. While it took them some time to come out and give an estimate, the process was painless and fast. Danielle followed up pretty quickly afterwards with our options. After we settled on them, we had to wait a few days to schedule the work due to other jobs. The crew showed up early, they got to work. They cleaned up the site and the whole setup has worked as designed since.

These guys know what they are doing. Had a leak in the basement of a three year old house. They knew right away what was wrong, came on time and got the job done in one day. They were very respectful of my home, and cleaned up after themselves.

The company replaced the whole waterproofing system of the basement and installed two pumps, drain pipes from the basement windows, higher walls of basement window “pits”.
